Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Available on all domestic orders.
Expedited 2-Day Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days of dispatch. Available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to guarantee same-day dispatch.
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $150.00 or more (before tax) qualify for complimentary standard shipping. This threshold is applied to the subtotal after any applicable discount codes.
Standard Shipping Rate: $9.95 flat rate on orders under $150.00.
Cold-Chain Packaging
All peptide compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried) for stability. Shipments are packed with sufficient dry ice and insulated packaging to maintain appropriate temperature throughout the estimated transit window.
Every shipment includes a temperature indicator card. If the indicator has been activated upon arrival, please photograph it and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no charge for confirmed cold-chain failures.
International Shipping
PeptaPeptides ships to select international destinations. Available countries are displayed at checkout. International transit times typically range from 7 to 21 business days depending on destination country and local customs procedures.
Customs and Import Duties: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation of research compounds complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or jurisdiction. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
PeptaPeptides is not responsible for orders delayed, confiscated, seized, or refused by customs authorities. We do not offer refunds for orders that are seized at customs.
International Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service tier.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is automatically emailed to the address on file once your order has been dispatched. Domestic orders can be tracked via the carrier's website. International orders may have limited tracking visibility depending on the destination country's postal infrastructure.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is received.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PeptaPeptides is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact our support team within 5 business days of the delivery date. Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and affected items. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
